A range of torsionally flexible couplings are available from the extensive couplings range at mechanical drive components specialist, Ondrives Ltd. of Chesterfield.

The Rotex® couplings offer power transmission with torsional vibration damping. Advantages of this coupling are that they have axial plug-in, are easy to assemble, are maintenance free and have compensation of shaft misalignment - axial, radial and angular.

The basic range is available with either blank or finish bores according to ISO fit H7 and keyways can be added to bored couplings for no extra cost. Hubs are either steel, aluminium or cast iron depending on sizes chosen and the Polyurethane spider element is to 92 Shore A (yellow in colour) as standard, with other hardnesses offering higher torques available on request.

All couplings are supplied complete with two hubs and one spider each as standard, but spider elements are available to purchase separately where required.
