NEW PRECISION GEARS RANGE

Perhaps the most exciting addition and development made especially for this latest catalogue, is the precision gears range.

This new range has been possible having made more investments in the latest CNC machinery and technology. Spur gears, anti-backlash spur gears, pinion shafts, gear racks, parallel helical gears, crossed helical gears, worms & wheels, anti-backlash worms & wheels and bevel gears will all be made in-house to exacting standards and specials are available to customer's drawings.

Quality grade 7e25 is standard amongst the range and means parts will be produced to the best possible levels. Sizes range from just 0.5 Module going up to 3.0 as the norm and all have been calculated to the tightest of tolerances.

Detailed technical assistance is also available to help customers with their gear selection ranging from backlash information, materials, limits, fits and modification prices. As ever, our experienced technical team are on hand to assist you on the phone or on e-mail if you have any other queries that may not be covered in the catalogue. A range of synchronous belts and pulleys completes the precision gears portfolio along with a range of Generation III Synchroflex timing pulleys and belts in sizes from 3mm belt width increasing to 50mm as standard.
