Material
Standard: Alloy Steel. Finish: Black Oxide (except washer).
Washer: Zinc plated with clear conversion coating.
The Envirolux™ protective finish is a proprietary coating that helps prevent rusting and other environmental hazards from affecting the hoist rings.
This coating is environmentally friendly and is proven to be effective in extreme conditions.
Stated load capacity is based upon specific thread torques shown in chart.
It is recommended that these torques be used when installing hoist rings.
Performance
• Full swivel and pivot action.
• Rated at 5:1 strength factor.
• Clevis, bolt, pins, base, washer and bushing are magnetic particle inspected to ASTM E709-80.
• Proof tested to 200% of rated load capacity.
• All products marked CE.
Replacement Bolt Kits available.
