LBS : Load Ring (for Welding)
Note: All lifting points can also be used as lashing points.
The permissible pull force is double the nominal WLL. Design factor for load securing is 2:1.
Eg. = LBS-1T – lifting of 1t WLL, as lashing point 2000 daN permitted.
Pull force, = (approx.) LC = lashing capacity.

WLL= Working Load Limit.
Each lifting product is rated with a working load limit with a safety factor of 4 from the worst angle of lift.
This means the product will break at more than 4 times the WLL (for multi leg lifts please consult sales).
Material
Body:Forged, 1.0570 (St52-3) to DIN 18800
Suspension Ring: Forged, acc. to EN1677, grade 80, red in colour
Features & Recommendations
• Easy and quick to weld assembly

• Forged suspension ring acc. to EN 1677, grade 80, electromagnetic crack detected, painted red;
meets the requirements of the appropriate safety authorities
• The welding block has been forged of material 1.0570 (St 52-3) and clearly stamped with the permissible WLL.
The patented distance lugs assist in achieving the correct root weld.
• Important: The special weld design (continuous HV), the requirements of DIN 18800 are fulfilled,
eg: a closed weld avoids corrosion and thus suitable for outdoor use
• Distinctive features for type LBS: A protected spring keeps the load ring in every required position.
The parts are connected in such a way that they remain captive. *Only LBS-15T does not have this
•The spring prevents unwanted noise occurring as a result of vibration
