WLL= Working Load Limit.
Each lifting product is rated with a working load limit with a safety factor of 4 from the worst angle of lift.
This means the product will break at more than 4 times the WLL (for multi leg lifts please consult sales).

Important
Lateral forces with standard eye bolts acc. to DIN580 are forbidden.
In case of multiple leg suspensions 2-leg and 3/4-leg the ring plane
of the eye bolt eyes must be the direction of pull.
This cannot be guaranteed when standard eye bolts are tightened.

This is only possible with the Starpoint eye bolt, because it can be
adjusted in pull direction in the tightened position.

VRSF includes the locking device/Star key.
The Starpoint is delivered with an intergrated installation tool.
The tool should be engaged into the hexagon socket screw and tightened
by the hand-disengage tool. The Starpoint is then adjustable 360°.

Shape: Star shaped – clear distinction from standard eye bolt DIN 580
Colour: Fluorescent pink powder coating
Marking: Clear indication of WLL (in metric tons and lbs) for side load
direction F (not allowed with standard eye bolt).

Material
Body: Forged, 1.6541, alloy quenched and tempered, 100% electro-magnetic crack detection acc. to EN 1677-1.
Screw: Grade 10.9

Features & Recommendations
• Design factor 4:1 in any direction
• Workpiece material must conform to minimum quality std. St 37
• Countersink of tapped hole = nominal thread diameter

• Provide plain seat of the special hexagon bolt
• VRSF must be able to rotate by 360° in bolted condition
• Specifically engineered Grade 10.9 captive hexagon socket screw
