Material
Threaded Body: Black-oxide steel.
Plunger: Fine turned and nitrided steel. Suggested matching hole in G7 tolerance.
Locking Nut: Black-oxide steel.
Lever: Black-oxide steel.
Lever Cover: High resilience polyamide based (PA) technopolymer, black matte finish.
By rotating the lifting lever by 180°, the plunger stops in the retracted position. The lever is kept in this position by a notch.
Options (subject to minimum order quantities)
Black-oxide steel flange is available to assemble the plunger to the machine.
Features
Resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemical agents.
Standard executions available:
Execution A: without lever cover, without locking nut.
Execution AK: without lever cover, with locking nut.
Execution B: with lever cover, without locking nut.
Execution BK: with lever cover, with locking nut.
Used when the plunger must be retracted quickly.
