Other Info.
Two roller bearings ensure that the handwheel attaches smoothly to the shaft.
Application with a high number of turns is also possible since friction is reduced to the minimum and therefore the handwheel is not entrained by the rotation.
No lubrication is required during use since the roller bearings are already greased prior to bushing assembly.

On request and for sufficient quantities, a more economical version is available without bearings with Teflon® coated sliding surfaces.

GN.11 safety coupling bushings are required for assembly on working elements (handwheels, cranks, etc.) to guarantee maximum accident prevention safety.
The handwheel is couple to the shaft with a snap-in bushing. In the rest position, the handwheel is disengaged.
In accordance with accident prevention rules in order to avoid any unexpected movement of the machine by "Pushing" the handwheel parallel to the axis the handwheel is inserted in a rest position.
By "Pulling" the handwheel parallel to the axis, the two toothed elements inside the bushing fit to each other to create a solid connection between the handwheel and the shaft. The handwheel returns automatically to the rest position when it is released after the operation.
The "Pushing" coupling is obtained by reversing the position of the bushing.
