Material Splined Shaft: High Carbon Steel.
Stainless rails are available on request,
contact Sales for details. Carriage Casing: Stainless Steel
Lubrication: Every 6 months under general use. Every 3 months for daily use.
Use a lithium-soap based grease. (Oil can be used).
For temperatures over 100°C we can supply special high temperature grease (200°C - supplied in syringe) CG2-SY
Performance : Track Rail
Maximum Speed: 3m/sec. Maximum Temperature: +100°C (continuous), +120°C (intermittent)
Performance : Carriage Standard Load Direction: If upward or downward, as table. If lateral:
C = x 0.88, Co = x 0.84.
Dynamic Rating: From a group of the same slide units, 90% achieve a
distance of 50 x 103 metres free from material damage due to
rolling contact fatigue. Accuracy: Accuracy of spline shaft is
classified into two classes. Ordinary (no symbol) and High (H). Accuracy
of assembled set of slide unit and spline shaft is shown in the diagram
below.

Twist of Grooves with respect to effective length of spline shaft:
Ordinary = 0.033, H=0.013
Features
Interchangeable: Slide units and spline shafts are supplied separately, and can be matched, replaced and added freely. By adopting this series, standardisation of product specification and, if necessary, a quick revision of specification will be made easily.
Easy Mounting: Since the steel balls are held by the ball retaining band of the slide unit, the balls do not fall out when the slide unit is disassembled from the spline shaft. Also, the block type slide unit is easy to mount. Low Friction & Smooth Movement: Smooth and quiet operation is achieved by designing the ball circulating routes based on the analysis of optimal functional
characteristics. Stable Operating Accuracy: The simple and efficient 2 row raceway design reduces processing errors in manufacturing, achieving high dimensional accuracy and stable operating accuracy.
