Performance Maximum Speed: 3 m/sec Maximum Temperature: +100°C (Constant) +120°C (Intermittent)
Loads & Torques need de-rating for Static safety factors 3~7, or Dynamic 1~3

Preload is available on request, depending on factory production. Standard Precision Grade supplied 0.033**. Two further Grades are available P.O.A. - High Grade (H) 0.013** & Precision Grade (P) 0.006**. Prices for different lengths of rail are available on request. Carriages may be removed without danger of the balls dropping out. The spline raceways are hardened only, but on small diameters the whole shaft may be hard.
Notes * No seals.
** Twist of grooves with respect to effective length (100mm) of spline part. (Other accuracy figures are available on request).
*** Mating housing bore, fit with suitable jig fixtures, transition fit (J7) or clearance fit (H7) where high accuracy and rigidity are not required.
1) Max diameter when machining done at shaft ends.
2) The upper figure refers to one carriage whereas the lower figure applies to two carriages in close contact as shown opposite.
