Stainless version available LRXDC15-SL and LRXD15-SL style carriage - P.O.A. Max Length: 1200mm.
All faces of track are ground.
Characteristics: High rigidity due to the large number of rollers and smaller elastic deformation than the ball equivalent.
High load capacity. Superior vibration characteristic. Long life and high accuracy. Well-balanced structure.
Smooth and quiet motion. High reliability.
Lubrication: Every 6 months under general use. Every 3 months for daily use. Use a lithium-soap based grease. (Oil can be used).
For temperatures over 100°C we can supply special high temperature grease (200°C - supplied in syringe) CG2-SY
