Performance Guide - Torque to move nut:
(Frictional acceleration torque as well as frictional resistance of bearings of sub assemblies need to be taken into account).
Tensile Strength (Rm): <Ø16 (ØD): 520-700N/mm2 >Ø16 (ØD): 600-950N/mm2
Yield Stress (Re): <Ø16 (ØD): 320-380N/mm2 >Ø16 (ØD): 430N/mm2
Other Info.
Lengths: 1000mm = Price Each, 2000mm = P.O.A., 3000mm = Price Each x 3
For power transmission and continuous use, always use bronze nuts, never steel.
Nuts and screws should always be lubricated with grease or oil.
Steel nuts should be used with steel screws for hand motion only.
Thread rolled Trapezoidals in steel toughened (still machinable).

e.g. Lead of LFM104 = 4mm (2 x 2mm pitch)
Other Info.
To be used with our 2 start Trapezoidal nuts.
