High carbon hardened steel alloy.

Installation & Usage
•The BB-2GD series Cam Clutches are designed for press fit installation. Shaft Dia. and Housing Dia. shown in the table must be maintained to obtain maximum bearing and clutch performance.
•The clutch should be mounted onto the shaft by stamped rotational arrow on the clutch inner race.
•To install the clutch, use a press tool of the appropriate diameter to apply even pressure over the entire face of the inner race and outer race.
•Do not hammer or knock the clutch.
•Make sure the housing has enough strength to withstand the pressure required for press fit installation of the clutch.
•Operating temperature range: -30°C to +100°C (Peaks up to +120°C). Please contact our technical department for temperatures out of the above range.
•Furnished with Long Life Lubrication grease.

The BB-2GD series Cam Clutches are dimensionally interchangeable with competitors, which means it is easy to replace them with the BB-2GD.

The clutch is designed for press fit installation. It is easy to install the clutch to your machine. In addition, they are furnished with Long Life Lubrication grease.

Safety Recommendations
•Always lock out power switch before installing, removing, lubricating or servicing a system that uses Cam Clutch products.
•When connecting or disconnecting Cam Clutch products, eye protection is required. Wear safety glasses, protective clothing, gloves and safety shoes.
