Opening Times:
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
2.30pm is the latest time to place orders for next day delivery, subject to stock and quantity required.
Opening Your Account:
Accounts are opened automatically on a proforma basis whilst placing your first order. Details of trade and bank references can be sent by fax or post. Credit card purchase accounts are also opened automatically on a proforma basis.
Terms & Conditions:
Our Terms of Payment are net cash 30 days from the end of the invoice month. For full details please refer to our full terms and conditions.
Specials:
We are pleased to quote on drawings or sketches and broken or worn samples.
Prices:
Any quantity of items can be ordered, however our minimum order charge is £7.50 (not inc. postage).
Delivery:
Stock items can be despatched the same day if requested (see 'opening times' above for details). Please check with sales for lead times on non-stock items. Delivery times are dependant on quantities and items required.
Despatch:
Carriage prices vary depending on size, weight, value of goods and method.
The following delivery options are available:-
(a) Standard Services:
•1st Class Post (up to 1kg)
•Next day, anytime
b) Premium Services:
•Next day, before 12.00am
•Next day, before 10.30am
•Next day, before 9.00am
•Saturday, before 12.00am
•Same day
Value Added Tax (VAT):
To be added onto the price and any delivery cost.

Payment:
Please contact our Accounts department for details of paying by Traders credit or in Euros.
Payment by Credit Card:
(Please note there will be a 3.5% surcharge on all credit card transactions which will be automatically added to your order. This does not affect Maestro or debit card payments.)
If you wish to place your order over the telephone please have the following details to hand:
•card number
•card expiry date
•name on the card
•statement address
•name of bank issuing the card
•security code
Payment by Cheque:
Cheques should be made payable to Ondrives Ltd.
