1 x Doosan Horizontal HC400 10,000 rpm spindle twin pallet 120 tools glass scales machining of components on 3 faces. With built in Renishaw probing for set up and positional checking in-process.
1 x Doosan Vertical NM510 (pictured) 10,000 rpm with built in Renishaw probing for set up and positional checking in-process.
1 x Daewoo Horizontal HC400 10,000 rpm spindle 7 pallet 120 tools glass scales for higher accuracy machining of components on 3 faces. With built in Renishaw probing for set up and positional checking in-process.
1 x Bridgeport Vertical VMC800X 12,000 rpm spindle with 4th axis rotary cube using Nikken NC-160 rotary table to allow machining of components on 3 faces. With built in Renishaw probing for set up and positional checking in-process.
1 x Quasar Vertical MV204II 10,000 rpm spindle with 4th axis rotary cube to allow machining of components on 3 faces. With built in Renishaw probing for set up and positional checking in-process.
Precision Gear Cutting (for cutting Spurs, Helicals, Worms, Worm Gears, Bevels, Timing Pulleys)
2 x P90 Gleason-Pfauter CNC gear cutting and worm milling machines (pictured) complete with auto-loading for the production of 0.25Mn to 4.00Mn high precision gears to ISO 5, DIN 3961/62 Q5 AGMA 12-14 gearing.
2 x 102.04 Mikron spur helical hobbing machines for small size gear production.
2 x 104 Mikron worm millers.
Precision Grinding and Finishing
1 x Studer S21 CNC Universal Grinder (external and internal) for the precision grinding of components, tooling, jigs and fixtures.
1 x Delapena E1000 CNC Honing machine for the precision honing of bores.
Keyway Production
1 x Polymat 25/300NC Leistritz Keyslotting machine producing high quality keyways.
Measuring/Inspection
1 x Wenzel Inova CNC Gear Inspection Machine (pictured). Measuring all types of gears complete with automatic probe change, producing gear inspection reports and accuracy to Level Class 1.
1 x Crysta Apex C274 CMM CNC Mitutoyo with indexable probe which measures surfaces and positions on 3 faces. Also with auto probe changer.
1 x TesaScan 50 Plus (pictured) for measurements of diameters, concentricities, threads and worms (head is able to tilt 30 degrees).
Marking
1 x Trumpf Laser Etching Machine (pictured) for marking of products with part numbers and serial numbers without contact, leaving very clear markings for the easy identification of products.
